Doesn't Life Require Compromises

"A compromise is an adjustment of conflicting claims by mutual concessions" (Rand, 68).
Compromise today is used as a complete surrender of principles. It is a failure to recognize the importance of principle rather than a specific particular.
Integrity is loyalty to one's principles, not loyalty to any concrete whim.
