Distinguishes 'Mass Art' from "Avante Garde Art".

Mass Art is aimed at catching a bit of people's attention.

Mass Art
- exoteric
- mass delivery system via technology

Avant Garde Art
- esoteric

Art is Mass Art if and only if it is a multiple type art work and if and only if it is delivered via some mass technology and if and only if it is easily accessed with a minimum amount of energy exertion.

Eco - Television and Aesthetics

Repetition dominates the creative processes today
- The Serial - repetition of some type
- The retake - recycling characters from successful things
- The remake - retelling the same story
- The Series -Fixed number of characters and situations
- The Loop Series - avoiding problems with aging characters
- The Spiral Series - there is some additive dimensions to character development but nothing new really happens
