Rights:
1. What are rights?
2. Where do rights come from?
3. Why do we have rights?

5. Why are rights important?
6. Are rights fundamental or derivative?
Rights are abilities to act without impediment.
Rights are principles and therefore useless unless they are manifested in some way. They are potentiality. Thus, rights are potential actions.
